What do you ship?
Candles are shipped with labels affixed unless otherwise requested. Design templates are available via electronic download only.
When do you ship?
Orders are shipped within three weeks of confirmation. If requesting a proof, an order is not considered confirmed until the proof has been approved via email or fax. Orders may be expedited for a fee. Fee schedules and arrangements must be coordinated with customer service by visiting our Contact Us page.
Where do you ship to?
Orders and shipments are restricted to the continental United States.
How do you ship?
Standard shipping includes UPS Ground. During order checkout customer may select alternate shipping methods.
Rates to ship?
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and UPS rates for the shipping method selected.
How to track an order that's been shipped?
Customers will receive an email containing a UPS tracking number when the order has shipped.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What can be returned?
All orders are considered special order and all sales are final. The only exception to our policy applies if your product arrives with a label which does not match the approved proof on file.
Corporate customers and custom designed labels programs have the ability to choose a proof for a minimal fee at the time of order processing. If a proof was not requested, the order will be considered accepted "as is".
When do items need to be returned by?
Customers must notify Lakewood Candle Company of any misprints within 5 days the published UPS delivery date.
Who do I contact about damaged merchandise?
Because all items leave our facility in mint condition, you will need to contact UPS concerning any damage which may have occurred during shipping. Refer to UPS claims guidelines for more details.
How do customers return items?
Contact Customer Service at 877.355.3582 or visit the Contact Us page to make arrangements to return items.
Shipping for returns?
Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. A shipping refund will be issued after returned items are inspected and if the items are determined to be faulty due to the actions of Lakewood Candle Company.
Credit for returns?
A credit will be issued to the customer upon determination of faulty items.
Packing materials?
Returned merchandise must be packaged and shipped appropriate to ensure items are returned in good condition or the same condition as received.
